The location is definitely great. It is very central. The staff were helpful. I had a big room (it was clean).
The breakfast person wasn't friendly at all. Croissants were offered sparingly. The juice was also limited. (i think they should change that)

The location proved great. Attractions and restaurants are VERY close. My room was particularly huge, and it was like home. Staff kindness was amazing. Their decoration style was heartwarming.
The stairs were a bit much, especially with luggage.

Maria gave a very professional and friendly welcome. Chris was also helpful when I departed. They are both assets to this fabulous place. The air conditioning was welcome after a hot day! Wandering the hills and streets was enjoyable, the staff always happy and ready to help. The location is central to the activities I wanted.
Breakfast was not very generous. Viennoiseries and juice were limited. The person at breakfast wasn't very smiley, though the one at arrival was formidable.
